This dress is one which the character only wears in an X artbook Christmas picture. (As such, I was allowed a bit of freedom in working out how the ruffles went in back and such since no views of the back existed.) I created a tiered system of bows which resembled a fancy satin giftbox bow. (You know, the kind of bow your mother always tries to peel off and save for next year?
