This dress is one which the character wears in an X artbook Christmas picture. (As such, I was allowed a bit of freedom in working out how the ruffles went in back since no views of the back existed.) I wound up creating a tiered system of bows which resembled a fancy satin giftbox bow. A nice, elegant project. Most of these photos can be found at Cosplay.com
