A difficult J-Rock commission which was made easier thanks to my finding some decent (and rare) reference pictures.

The pants for this outfit weren't too hard to do (seeing as how I didn't have to sew anything at all and simply bought them on ebay.) The skirt which was worn OVER the pants was a different story, as I had to design it so that it had two tails which extended several feet behind the wearer. (Finding enough of the right patterned pinstripe fabric to make it also proved to be a challenge) The odd-shaped vest had lapels which resembled crocodile skin (although the pattern in the reference pictures was a little more geometric than what I eventually wound up using.) By far, the most expensive part of the costume was the jewelry, which consisted of amber crystal chandelier drops, red and black beads, and thousands of yards of silver chain. (Not shown: the gloves, which I made from the crocodile skin fabric and a portion of the chains.)
