A challenging project, and not just because of its skimpiness. The brassiere I made out of a bra, some burgundy spandex, and a couple of rounded sections of a 5" plastic Christmas ornament. I created the raised design around the brassiere with foam and styrene. I had to design the hip armor by fitting cardboard around a dress form and experimenting until I could come up with a workable shape. The front and back silver panels also had to be designed from scratch. (The red gem in front is a sawed off section of plastic Christmas ornament.) The fabric panels were made from a flowy black polyester material.
The gauntlets were made from sheets of craft foam covered with styrene plastic and the attached elbow cops were made from 5" plastic christmas ornaments decorated with a styrene spike and painted with silver enamel.
