Another Naruto cosplay (and one more challenging than most, as it bears the least amount of resemblance to regular clothing.)

The red undershirt I made using character diagrams. It folded in front (sort of like a hakama.) There was also netting at the chestline both front and back.

The white bandage overdress was very challenging. Not only did I have to apply the black line-and-triangle trim to the white strips which made up the overdress, I had to find a way to sew them all the strips together so they could be slipped on easily, as a single garment. I made the closure as invisible as I possibly could and stuck it under one of the arms where it would be the least noticable.

The bandages which went over the wearer's shorts were just strips of white knit fabric that I had cut up and which would be wrapped around the legs of the wearer.

Another version of the cosplay, which I made for myself. I altered the design a little by making the sleeve and netted neckline part of the sheath. (I also made it to be slipped on with no side closure.) I made the sandals out of black knit fabric and a foam sole. I think I improved upon the design of the first version (although I also think the whole wig/headband combo made me look a little bit like Wonder Woman. I didn't like the athletic tape I used to bind my hands with. I may just make the bindings out of fabric and slip them on like gloves the next time I wear the costume.)
