I made the suit by altering Butterick's 3993 Sherlock Holmes/ Policeman pattern. The nice thing about that pattern was that it had a shoulder cape pattern (which I had to shorten a little to get it to the right length.)

The glove was a bit tricky. I made it by coloring a white spandex glove with fabric marker (something not water soluble, as sweating would have made the colors bleed.) I used silver buttons to make the little ornaments that go around the wrist.
